About IT-SBO
We are a consultancy of SAP and IT practitioners. Most of our consultants worked inside finance, supply chain or IT departments before they advised anyone — which is why our advice tends to survive contact with a real month-end.
IT-SBO was built around a simple observation: most ERP disappointment is not caused by the software. It is caused by scope that was never pinned down, consultants who rotated off mid-project, and a handover that left the client unable to change anything without paying for it.
So we run engagements the other way round. Scope is fixed in writing before the build. The consultants named in the proposal stay to the end. Documentation and training are deliverables we are contractually obliged to hand over, and every support contract has a written exit.
Today we deliver SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One programmes, application support, managed IT and service desk, operations consulting and market-entry work — in Arabic and English, on site and remotely.

Say the difficult thing early
If a project is drifting or a requirement will not pay for itself, you hear it from us in week two, not in the closing report.
Standard first
Every custom requirement is challenged once, properly, before it is built. Most do not survive the question.
Measure, then claim
We do not report improvement we cannot show in your own data.
Work in both languages
Training, documentation and support in Arabic and English, because a procedure people cannot read is not a procedure.
