Implementation, conversion and rollout
SAP S/4HANA
Greenfield implementations, brownfield conversions and multi-country rollouts delivered on SAP Activate — with a clear cutover plan and no surprises at go-live.
What this covers
S/4HANA is not a technical upgrade with a new user interface. It changes how your finance, supply chain and reporting actually work. We run these programmes end to end: readiness assessment, scope and fit-to-standard workshops, data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare — with your team in the room the whole way, so the knowledge stays with you.
Readiness & business case
Custom-code and data analysis, simplification-item review, and a costed roadmap you can take to your board.
Greenfield implementation
A clean core built on standard processes, with extensions kept outside the core so future upgrades stay cheap.
Brownfield conversion
System conversion from ECC with history preserved, custom code remediated and downtime planned to the hour.
Fiori & analytics
Role-based Fiori launchpads and embedded analytics so decisions come from live data, not exported spreadsheets.

Frequently asked questions
Greenfield or brownfield — which is right for us?
It depends on how much of your current process design is worth keeping. If your ECC system carries years of workarounds, greenfield is usually cheaper over five years. If your processes are sound and your custom code is contained, conversion is faster and less disruptive. Our readiness assessment answers this with evidence from your own system, not a rule of thumb.
How long does a typical programme take?
A single-entity implementation on standard scope runs four to seven months. Multi-country rollouts run longer, but each country after the first is materially faster because the template is already built and proven.
